The National Child Safeguarding Practice Review on Arthur Labinjo-Hughes and Star Hobson was published on 26 May.

We would encourage everyone to read this report in full as it contains a lot of valuable insight into the UK’s safeguarding systems.

To support the dissemination of learning, we have produced a powerpoint summarising the learning and recommendations which you may find helpful for discussions with your teams. Norfolk is committed to implementing the learning locally and applying the findings to both our local CSPRs as well as the development of our safeguarding systems in practice.

The NSPCC have also produced a summary document.

National Sibling Sexual Abuse Project’s Reports Published
