Drowning Prevention Week 2026

Drowning Prevention Week starts on Saturday 13th June - it's a campaign from the Royal Life Saving Society that teaches children and young people important water safety advice ahead of the school summer holidays.

There have tragically been 17 water deaths in the UK so far this year, including two in Norfolk. Your help in sharing the information - either by holding a short talk with children/young people or sending on information to their families, is vital to our work.
