NSCP Booking – Training
Training application data is collected on behalf of the Norfolk Safeguarding Children Partnership. We take your privacy seriously and will ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (2016). We are the ‘data controller’ and are responsible for, and control the processing of, your personal information.
How information about you will be used
The contact information you provide is being collected to enable us to manage your application for the training course you are applying for.
Your name and contact information will be shared with:
- Members of the Norfolk Safeguarding Children Partnership Business Support Team
- The Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub in any situation where safeguarding concerns are identified
- Law enforcement agencies in any situation where unlawful activity is identified
We will keep the data for 5 years.

However, while we will use all reasonable efforts to secure your personal data, in completing this application you acknowledge that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal data that is transferred from you via the internet. The NSCP have taken the decision to cancel all face to face training until at least 2021 due to the Covid-19 outbreak. We will assess the situation as it progresses and advise accordingly.
We have put together a virtual multi-agency training package for the Autumn term and our training is back to the original charging policy.
