Early Help Surgeries with Social Care

The Family Support Plan (FSP) consultations are for FSP leads who are worried about children with a FSP Plan or a 'stuck' plan which is not creating change for children. The consultations meetings run once a fortnight. There are 2 slots per fortnight and can be booked by contacting Louise Penn – louise.penn@norfolk.gov.uk. The consultation will offer the expertise of 4 Children’s Services managers, an Early Help manager and practitioners in the Early Help team. If you cannot attend the consultation meeting we could arrange a conference call.
