Information sharing for safeguarding – survey

23rd October 2017

One of the recurring findings from safeguarding reviews for children is the challenge of information sharing.

Our Norfolk county boards have discussed this topic on many occasions during the last few years. At the end of 2016 the Norfolk Public Protection Forum (PPF) commissioned the Centre of Excellence for Information Sharing (CoEIS) to help it develop better information sharing.

So far this work has included:

•Listing all the current/planned/ongoing projects or initiatives in this area

•Interviews with key stakeholders and strategic leads, including members of PPF in late September

We are now moving to the online survey for frontline practitioners. This is a vital opportunity for all frontline staff from across health, social care and community sectors and voluntary workforce to feed in their views.

Please also share the survey link with all your colleagues and networks and encourage them to complete the survey too.

The survey will run from Thursday 19 October to Friday 17 November 2017.
